Assuming she showed up to the scene because of the gun fire going on at the church, also the police were probably looking for Jesse since he was the one that pushed his grandma down the stairs. Then without saying much, she opens fire on Jesse, killing him, that's how it ended. (If you are wondering how I know this, I asked the actress that played the cop, and I also asked the actors that played Carlos & Santo)

Some easter eggs and goofs I've missed:

Asmodeus is in the demon book Micah reads through

In the 1st film, when Micah is thrown towards the camera, he is translucent for a few frames

In the 2nd film, the picture that Tobi smashed of Micha and Katie in the 1st film, is on the wall next to the stairs

In the 3rd film, when Lisa the babysitter goes upstairs to investigate, there's a glow of light following her. This happens again when Kristi runs up to Tobi after Katie is dragged into the cubby hole

A goof I missed in the 4th film, is that the color of Katie's shirt changes when she bursts through the door at the end. It's black when she runs through the hallway, but it changes to white when she bursts through the door

In the marked ones, in Ana's book that the characters took, it has pictures of characters from the previous films. Including Ali Rey, Daniel Rey, Grandma Lois, Julie, Dennis, young Katie and Kristi, adult Katie, and hunter as a baby. The picture of Lois with her granddaughters is in the 3rd film, along with the picture of Julie with her daughters. Also the picture of Ali and Hunter is in the 2nd film too.

When Ali is showing Hector and Marisol what she has on the coven, she has the picture of Katie and Micah that was cracked in the 1st film, she has a picture of her and her dad Daniel together from the 2nd film, and she also has the same photo that Ana had of hunter as a baby, and the photo of Lois with her granddaughters.

There is also a scene in the extended cut where Jesse, Hector and Marisol go inside the church across from the apartments, and they perform a ritual for fun. But while they do, there is a coven member watching them while hiding in the background.

There's a deleted scene for the Marked Ones where Jesse and Hector are in Ana's apartment, and Jesse is standing in front of a mirror, as his reflection stares at him.

Among the news paper clippings in Oscar's room, there are clippings that mention the events of the 1st 2 films. Including one that says "Psychic says he investigated the crime scene weeks prior to San Diego man's murder."

Another goof is in the marked ones, right before the thugs show up at the park. Jesse is kneeling down in front of the vending machine to look for money in his backpack, and you can see one of Andrew Jacobs' tattoos on his right knee. This is a goof because the crew went out of their way to hide Andrew Jacobs' many tattoos

Some goofs in next of kin is that you can see the actual film crew and equipment in the scene where they're banging their fists on the table during supper.

The camera and camera man teleport a lot throughout next of kin, too many times to point out

During the finale of next of kin, you can see a wire from the film equipment in the cave while they're running away from Asmodeus

Also during the next of kin finale. The man with the shotgun, that they run over after driving through the barn doors, is CGI
