If that does not scare you, it should. Testosterone is a critical hormone for men to have. In abundance really. A man with low testosterone will be docile in comparison to a man with a healthy level, they will have much worse memory, much slower spatial reason, a remarkably lower sex drive, and of course, will have smaller muscle mass. And women, this hormone is important to you ladies as well, as it can help with fat loss and mental function. Having low levels of testosterone can also make it extremely easier for a man to become obese, depressed, and even suicidal. Men today are biologically only 80% of the men they could have been in 1980. I do not know about you, but I do not want to be 8/10s of man. Men now are, weaker, slower, and less intelligent, we are simply put, not the men our fathers are. So, that’s… really bad, especially at that rate, and affecting billions of men. Dear Class Of 2020 - Its Time To Move On Silas Willoughby 2020-04-18 | This video is for the class of 2020. Our Senior year has been stolen from us by a global pandemic. Senior prom, graduation, and our final year of high school sports, all gone. Seemingly overnight. There are friends we will never see again, teachers we will never get to thank, memories we will never get to make, and hours of training ostensibly wasted. Many of us had been looking forward to this year with great anticipation, we were excited. Senior year is supposed to be the best. We get to graduate; we get to go to senior prom -something I’ve heard but will now never get to confirm- you remember for the rest of your life. And for those of you like me, this was going to be our season. I didn’t hope, I planed on winning the state championship, and getting the school record, in my sport, track and field. So, trust me, I understand most of your frustration, anger, disappointment, and remorse. When PAIN Becomes WORTH IT - Silas Willoughby Silas Willoughby 2019-07-10 | Until recently I had been spending a lot of my time on the track. This year was my junior year of high school track and my chance to compete for the state title. So, to prepare for that I was spending hours everyday running and training. Which was taking away a lot of time from making these videos. So, I dropped them for a period in my attempt to win state. Unfortunately, I didn’t get the first spot… I did, however, pull out a podium spot and have one last year to not only win state but get the state record. So that’s the goal in the 800m next season. And in the meantime, I will continue to run and train till I have nothing left to give, in fact as I type this I’m still sweaty from a hill workout this morning. And, yes, I will now be back to uploading hopefully at least once a week.
