I initially lost 40 lbs in 2019 ..gained back 15 lbs in 2020 and currently lost the 15lbs yay!!!
Anything worth while takes grit and determination.
It hasn't been a easy journey but I do enjoy the health benefits.
I'm a Liver Cancer Survivor my health is everything.
