It's a space exploration/colonization/combat game that was inspired a game I used to play on Compuserve called Mega Wars III. It's written in C under Windows 3.1. It's the very first Windows app I ever wrote. I managed to get Windows 3.1 running on a VirtualBox VM and can actually play the game.
