The puzzles are the highlight of this game and it takes a lot of resourcefulness and a little patience to solve some of them. In that case we can only play with Great Icarus (merger between Jet Icarus and Jet Garuda). Some of the enemies have an elegant design, others are a little generic and some scenarios have interesting animations, like moving clouds or strange bubbles that change in size. The bosses look good visually, but they are nothing spectacular and the general requirements are average.
In this video I tried to do several things, such as defeating many enemies, collecting and using items well to get a rank at the end, but the rank doesn't influence anything at the end of the game.

The story of the game is as follows: every thousand years a red star shines in the sky, hence Alcahest, the evil entity, leaves the dark world for our world. In his first appearance, a warrior gifted with strength, intelligence and the four Elemental Guardians managed to seal the Alcahest monster for a thousand years. However, time has passed and you, in command of the hero Alen, must seal Alcahest again. This is the longplay of the game Super Mario Bros 3, an action and platform game for the NES produced and distributed by Nintendo, released in 1988 in Japan, in 1990 in the United States and in 1991 in Europe.

The game takes place in the Mushroom World. Mario and Luigi are called back into action when Bowser and his minions turn the kings of Mushroom World into animals and steal their magic wands. As in previous games in the series, the player controls Mario or Luigi and defeats enemies by trampling them or using items that grant magical powers, such as the fire flower, the super leaf (which allows you to transform into a Racoon and fly), as well as clothes such as the Tanooki Suit (which has the same abilities as the Super Leaf, with the addition of allowing the character to transform into a statue to protect himself), the Frog Suit (a frog suit, which allows him to move much faster in the water) and the Hammer Suit (which allows you to fire hammers at enemies, but loses the ability to slide down slopes).

Super Mario Bros 3 represents a major evolution in previous games, with much better designed maps, an overworld for transitioning between stages and koopalings (Bowser's children) as bosses in each of the worlds. Heroes also have new abilities, including flying and sliding down slopes.

Super Mario Bros. 3 is the third best-selling NES game, with over 17 million units sold worldwide and is critically acclaimed as one of the best games of all time.

The first video I recorded of this game proved to be a hit with the audience and I will always be eternally grateful for that. This is a second video, even more complete and detailed, where I tried to do 100% of the game, showing not only all the phases, but also several of the game's secrets. The criteria used were the following:

- All Flutes collected (and I didn't use any of them)
- As in the previous video, this one also includes all completed stages and the complete ending.
- Secret passage in World 2 using the Hammer to destroy the stone in the northeast part of the map. Unfortunately in this part of the game, the player has only one Hammer and needs to decide which stone to break)
- All White Mushroom Houses (to get them you need to collect a minimum number of coins at certain stages of the game)
- Hammer Bros transformed into Ships several times (it is something very complicated, since it involves a lot of luck and planning, but I did it several times to add more things).
- I tried to use the longest and most varied paths possible and longest gameplay. I also tried to show alternative paths in some phases to differentiate a little from the other video.

This is the longplay of the game Super Mario Bros 2, an action and platform game released for the NES in 1988 in the United States, 1989 in Europe and in 1992 in Japan (where it was called Super Mario USA).

Unlike Super Mario Bros, this second game has completely different mechanics, as another Japanese game was used as a base, called Yume Kōjō: Doki Doki Panic, released for the Famicom Disk System. Here we control Mario, Luigi, Peach and Toad, each with different attributes of strength and speed, in addition to having different abilities. Mario has a balanced jump, strength and speed, Luigi has the highest jump but a little less strength, Peach has low strength but is able to float for a few seconds in the air and Toad has high strength and speed but a low jump. This game also allowed us to control Princess Peach, who here does not play the role of a kidnapped princess, but rather a playable character. Here instead of simply jumping at enemies, we need to jump at them, grab them and throw them at others. You can also pick up vegetables on the ground to throw too. The mushrooms are found by accessing a world that opens a door when a red potion is thrown on the ground and here they serve to increase the life meter, the hearts to heal and the star serves to become invincible for a short period.

The decision to make a different game came after Nintendo of America discovered that the Japanese version of Super Mario Bros. 2 was very difficult by Western standards (and it really is very challenging). It was only years later that the Japanese version of Super Mario Bros. 2 arrived later with the title Super Mario Bros.: The Lost Levels in the Super Mario All-Stars compilation (released for the Super Nintendo). And for the Japanese market, Super Mario Bros. 2 in the West was released under the name Super Mario USA.

It is the successor to the arcade game Mario Bros., from 1983. Players control Mario, or his brother Luigi in multiplayer mode, as they travel through the Mushroom Kingdom to rescue Princess Peach from Bowser. To do this, they need to go through several phases from left to right, avoiding dangers such as enemies and holes and counting on the help of power-ups such as the Super Mushroom, Fire Flower and Superstar.

The game was designed by Shigeru Miyamoto and Takashi Tezuka, and was described as "a great culmination" of the three years of programming and game mechanics experience carried out by the core development team. Even though it's a simple game, Super Mario Bros. is often cited as one of the best games ever made, with praise mainly directed at its precise controls, as well as symbolizing the renewal of the gaming industry after the 1983 crisis. This is a second video I recorded of this incredible game, this time finding all the invisible blocks, all the bonus pipes and all the beanstalks in three playthroughs. No warp was used, so as not to skip stages. Hope you like it.

This is the longplay of the game Donkey Kong Land, an action and platform game released for the Game Boy in 1996.

In this game we control Diddy Kong and Dixie Kong, who need to travel through pirate-themed scenarios to rescue Donkey Kong, who was kidnapped by Kaptain K. Rool. Donkey Kong Land 2 is the sequel to the game Donkey Kong Land and here it has much better gameplay, much cleaner graphics and easier to identify elements on the screen. Furthermore, the game has bonus stages with Kremcoins, in addition to DK coins. Both items need to be found to add percentage to the game. You are only allowed to play with one of the characters on the screen at a time, but you can switch between them during the phases by pressing select. The soundtrack is clearer and shows the great creativity of David Wise, who was certainly super inspired when he composed the songs, even though they are more subtle here than in the SNES version.

Unlike the previous game, this one has the same story told in the Super Nintendo version, although on the Game Boy it is a summarized version of that story. The game was released on a banana yellow cartridge, and had great marketing at the time of its release. This game definitely surpasses its predecessor in every aspect. The video was made at 100%, obtaining all bonus stages, all kremcoins from these stages and all DK coins.

This is the longplay of the game Donkey Kong Land, an action and platform game released for the Game Boy in 1995.

The story begins after Cranky Kong challenges Donkey and Diddy to replicate Donkey Kong Country's success on the Game Boy's 8-bit hardware and coaxes King K. Rool and the Kremlings into stealing their banana hoard again. This story was a very unusual way to differentiate this portable version from the Super Nintendo version (released a year earlier).

In this game we control Donkey Kong and Diddy Kong throughout several levels, where in addition to completing them, we can also find bonuses to add up to a percentage. Due to the limitations of the Game Boy hardware, in this version we can only control one character at a time but we can switch between them by pressing the select button, the gameplay is good, but it can be a little sensitive in stages with narrower platforms, the graphics are good and well detailed but slightly polluted, requiring a little extra attention and the soundtrack is the same as Donkey Kong Country, with the inclusion of some very good new songs. Donkey Kong Land was a good start to the series on the Game Boy and is a classic, but it is more recommended for the most nostalgic. The video was done 100%, getting all the bonuses and the K-O-N-G icons.

This is the longplay of the game Ys III: Wanderers From Ys, an action and RPG game developed by Nihon Falcon and released for several platforms, first on PC-8801 and PC-9801 and then on MSX2, PCE, NES, SNES and Sega Genesis. This is the Super Nintendo version, which was ported by Sammy and released in 1991 in Japan and in 1992 in the United States.

The story of Ys III takes place after the previous ones. The series stars warrior Adol Christian and his friend Dogi. After having saved Ys (the floating city) in the two previous games, Adol and Dogi set off in search of new adventures around the world. Passing through some cities, they end up meeting merchants who bring various rumors about strange things and monster attacks in the Kenai region, where the village of Sarina, Dogi's homeland, is located. So, both heroes decide to investigate what is happening in Kenai. Adol saves a man who is Dogi's childhood friend and this man confirms the rumors.

Adol and Dogi see a caravan of gypsies and take the opportunity to try to read the fortune that awaits them, then the crystal ball explodes and the word “Demanicus” appears in the gypsy's vision during the incident and upon entering the village, our heroes are informed by Ellena, that monsters have begun to appear and that the Ballestine castle court has systematically oppressed the village's population. It's time for Adol and Dogi to prepare for another adventure.

The game is a platform with RPG elements, where we control Adol. Adol can attack with his sword, as well as equip rings to increase attack power, defense or reduce the speed of enemies. In addition to swords and rings, the hero also needs to defeat enemies to gain exp to strengthen himself and gold to buy defense equipment (armor and shields) and items (herbs to recover HP, as well as items to recharge the ring and others to destroy enemies). It's a well-made game for the time, but it's not that balanced, the collision of attacks is quite flawed, but easy to master with a little practice, the soundtrack is good and the graphics and parallax effects are good. Even though it is part of the Ys series, this game appears to be an adventure slightly independent of the previous ones.

The game continues to be an action RPG, but unlike previous games that had a top-down view of the character, this time it presents itself as a game more focused on action and a side-scrolling platform, very reminiscent of Zelda II on the NES. The video was made by obtaining all the items.

This is the first game where we control Wario, Mario's evil alter-ego. Wario debuted as an antagonist in Super Mario Land 2, where he was defeated by Mario and lost his castle. Even though he was defeated, Wario decides to go after other treasures, in order to further increase his wealth and try to build an even better Castle than Mario's. However, in this game Wario's focus is not Mario, but a place called Kitchen Island, dominated by the Brown Sugar Pirates, a group of treasure thieves commanded by Captain Syrup. Captain Syrup is an attractive pirate woman and treasure collector, but don't let her pretty face fool you, she is ambitious and will try at all costs to stop Wario's advance. And Wario will want to build new wealth and will stop at nothing to get what he wants.

In the game we control Wario, who in addition to jumping at enemies, can also attack by hitting them with his shoulders and throw enemies at each other, in addition to being able to use coins as weapons. The (anti-)hero has three transformations: Bull Wario (allows you to use strong attacks, fall to the ground stunning enemies and break blocks easily), Dragon Wario (allows you to shoot fire through the helmet, but does not allow you to do the body slam), Jet Mario (allows you to float for a considerable time, in addition to increasing speed). The objective of the game is to pass the levels, some have more than one path, just like in Super Mario World on the SNES, as well as secret treasures. Collecting all the treasures and passing all the stages is a prerequisite to getting the best ending. It's an excellent game, without a doubt.

Super Mario Land 2 was considered a game that explored the Game Boy's graphics capacity very well, with well-detailed characters and scenarios, in addition to a good soundtrack. This game also marks the debut of the character Wario, a kind of evil version of Mario, who has stolen Mario's private island to attach it to his riches. Our hero Mario needs to travel the world and collect 6 golden coins to access Wario's Castle and prevent him from taking over the island. In addition to the mushroom, the fire flower and the star, there is also a carrot-shaped item that allows you to wear rabbit ears on the hat, allowing you to float in the air but losing the ability to use the spin jump (used to break blocks with the feet). Super Mario Land 2 was originally released in 1992 and takes some concepts from Super Mario World (released for the SNES years before), but with its own personality.

It's an incredible game and it's even more beautiful with this hack, where toruzz, in addition to giving extra color, also created new graphics to refer to more classic games and also gave the possibility to play with Luigi, who has a higher jump taller than Mario's. This is the longplay of the game Keio Flying Squadron, a shoot 'em up action game developed by Victor Entertainment and distributed by JVC Musical Industries, released in 1993 in Japan (under the name Keiou Yuugekitai) and in 1994 in the United States and Europe. This game was released only for the Sega CD.

The game takes place in the Edo Shogunate era of Japanese history (1865-1868). The protagonist of the game is a girl named Rami Nana-Hikari and her two grandparents. Grandparents don't do much other than sit around protecting the "Special Holy Object", which is shaped like a giant key. Rami doesn't know the importance of the Treasure, and his grandmother doesn't remember the secret the Key unlocks. The key is then stolen by Dr. Pon, a raccoon who has an IQ of 1400. Rami changes into her bunny suit (for no reason at all), rides Spot (her flying dragon) and sets out to retrieve the treasure.

Donning her bunny costume, Rami rides into battle on his trusty dragon, Spot, while encountering a variety of enemies such as sea monsters, creatures from Japanese folklore, US Navy and Russian Army vehicles, and more. Rami controls his dragon and other small dragons around her (similar to Options, from the Gradius series) and can fire two types of shots: straight or multidirectional, in addition to three types of explosives (Ground Bombs, Throwing Stars or Homing Spots Jrs ). In addition to normal attacks, the heroine can count on the Kamikaze Attack, where one of the Homing Spot Jr is temporarily sacrificed to cause a long-range attack on enemies and these mini Spots are revived after spending a few seconds without making any attacks.

The graphics are good, the soundtrack has great compositions and the cutscene animations were done by Studio Pierrot.

It is a shoot 'em up action game produced by Human Entertainment. Was distributed and released in 1993 by Human Entertainment in Japan and by Big Fun Games in the United States. It is a Sega CD exclusive game.

The story of the game takes place in the year 2192, when humanity advances in space travel and colonization. In that same period, colonists near the planet Jupiter are attacked by the independent military nation of Zias, based in the Saturn colony on Olympus. Zias uses a symbiotic computer system and multiple mech factories powered by a device called the GEO as his main striking force.

Several human scientists studied Zias' technology and, based on the Zias GEO system, managed to build a type of space fighter capable of fighting the Zias: the Bari-arm, a spaceship capable of using multiple weapons and transforming into a robot. giant with the same capabilities and combat mode as the Zia cyborgs. The Bari-arm is piloted by two young pilots, who are tasked with destroying the new GEO system before the Zia war machines destroy any other colonies and eradicate humanity forever.

The game is a horizontal shooter, but it has several differences from other games in the genre. The Bari-Arm can use weapons of 4 different types and colors, each of which can be upgraded up to three times by collecting powerups. When collecting the third, your ship transforms into a giant robot, making the shots more powerful and increasing the weapon's loading speed. The way to use shots is completely different: when holding the fire button, the ship fires shots very quickly, while if the fire button is not pressed, the ship will charge the shot automatically (unlike other games, like R- Type, where you need to hold down the fire button to charge a more powerful shot). There is also another button to control the ship's speed to better adapt to certain situations (similar to Gaiares, from the Sega Genesis). The game has good graphics and a very good soundtrack, in addition to animated cutscenes. The video was recorded on the Mania level.

The plot of the game takes place in the distant year 3300, when human technology is so advanced that it was possible to create a super computer with Artificial Intelligence known as GCS-WT. The apparatus that was built to help humanity ends up becoming a powerful digital dictator, who begins to dominate all machines and military power, enslaving humanity.

A scientist named Edwin Feace, planned to penetrate the security code of the GCS-WT, and destroy its database. Humans will have 300 hours to act while the GCS-WT tries to recover from the destruction of its database. The last hope for humans is to reach planet Earth, where the inoperable GCS-WT is located, and destroy this artificial life form.

For this mission, the two best pilots in the galaxy were chosen, Eric and Misao, who will pilot the spacecraft “Sol-Feace”, specially designed and prepared for the journey that awaits them.

The objective of the game is basically to attack enemies with shots, while dodging enemy shots. The ship can assume various aiming positions, from shooting in a straight line as well as diagonals (diagonal up, down and both) and steering is done while the ship is moving, but the position can be locked by holding a button on the control while shooting, allowing you to control the direction you want to shoot. It sounds strange, but it works. There are power ups, however unfortunately they are not very varied and seem a bit random. The game also features anime cutscenes and story narration, in addition to the excellent soundtrack by Motoi Sakuraba. The video was made on the Mania level.

This is the longplay of the game Super Turrican 2, action game run and gun and platform produced by Factor 5 and published by Ocean. The game was released in 1995 in Europe and the United States.

The game has a basic narrative, which can even fit as a sequel to Mega Turrican/Turrican 3, despite the title “Super Turrican 2”.The game's story follows the USS-Avalon's relief efforts by sending rescue fighters to help a small star system trapped in an endlessly spiraling black hole and being attacked by an evil being known as "The Machine".

Our hero wears a special Turrican Assault Suit that provides him with all the firepower he'll need on his mission with everything from a weapon with variable types of cannon fire to a grappling hook he can use to latch onto ledges. Our hero has 4 types of shots, divided by colors: yellow (rebound shot), blue (laser), red (flamethrower) and green (spread shot). The Turrican Suit provides the user with the ability to perform special actions, such as turning into a ball, similar to Samus' Morph Ball in Metroid. In addition to having an electric beam to paralyze enemies and smart bombs (to devastate all enemies on the screen). Using Grappling Hook is extremely essential to overcome the obstacles of the stages.

The game features quite a few different styles of levels. The standard portion of the game is basically a run and gun effort that resembles a cross between Contra and Metroid. In these levels it's all business as you run through the various terrain shooting everything that gets in your way. There are also stages where Turrican drives vehicles, such as a motorcycle and also a jetpack (in a stage that resembles the Axelay game).

In the technical aspects, Super Turrican has many positive points: the graphics are among the most beautiful of the Super Nintendo, with very well built scenarios, excellent use of colors and zoom, rotation and Mode 7 effects. The shots have very beautiful and well done. The soundtrack is very beautiful, has more orchestrated tones and was also composed by Chris Huelsbeck. The only downside is the speed, which although acceptable, is relatively slow compared to other games in the style and with other games in the Turrican franchise.

Super Turican 2 is a very beautiful and well made game, which makes the most of the power of the Super Nintendo, with a very well done set, impressive graphics and light effects and also a very good soundtrack, in addition to being able to face the terrible The Machine (something that happened in several versions of Turrican, but unfortunately not in Super Turrican). I recommend this game.

This is the longplay of Super Turrican, an action and platform game released for the Super Nintendo in the United States, Europe and Japan in 1993, having been developed by Factor 5 and published by Seika Corp. This game represents the 5th chapter of the Turrican saga.

The game's story revolves around a great tyrant called The Machine, who froze billions of beings on a planet. A nameless hero is called and, after wearing the Turrican Suit costume, goes against the affected planet to take revenge on the villain and his cyber armies.

Our hero has 3 types of shots, divided by colors: yellow (rebound shot), blue (laser) and red (spread shot). In addition to having an electric beam to paralyze enemies and smart bombs (to devastate all enemies on the screen). The Turrican Suit provides the user with the ability to perform special actions, such as turning into a ball, similar to Samus' Morph Ball in Metroid. The gameplay of the game is very good, it's just a pity that our hero only shoots while standing or bent over. If he could shoot diagonals (as was the case with Rendering Ranger: R2, which would be released years later), it would definitely help a lot. Another negative point is that, although The Machine appears in the game's intro, unfortunately we don't face it in this version of the Turrican saga.

Without a doubt, Super Turrican is a spectacular game. Full of stages with alternative paths, diamonds and extra lives to collect, as well as incredible graphics and a wonderful soundtrack.
This is one of the best games created by the talentous hands of Manfred Trenz and with epic soundtrack compesed by Chris Huelsbeck.

This is the longplay of the game Mega Man V, also known as Rockman World 5. It is an action and platform game for Game Boy, launched in 1994, first in Japan (July), then in the United States (September) and finally, in Europe (November). This was also the last game in the Mega Man franchise released for the Game Boy Classic.

The game follows the adventures of the protagonist Mega Man as he must defend the Earth from a group of powerful robots from outer space called the Stardroids.
The game opens in an unspecified year in the 21st century ("20XX AD"), several months after the events of Mega Man IV and another failure by the infamous Dr. Wily to conquer the world. Mega Man and his sister Roll are strolling through a grassy field, when they are confronted by a mysterious robot who calls himself Terra. Mega Man attempts to fight Terra, only to find that his "Mega Buster" arm cannon has no effect on him. So, when going to Dr. Light's lab, Mega Man is equipped with a new weapon, the "Mega Arm", where our hero's arm comes off and hits enemies, in addition to being able to pick up items from a distance, in addition to receiving a new robotic pet: the Tango cat, capable of chasing and attacking enemies.

Mega Man V introduces the same mechanics as previous games, but with some innovations, such as Mega Arm, the bosses with names and powers based on planets in the Solar System and also colors, when played through the Super Game Boy accessory. As in Mega Man IV, the player can return to Dr. Light between stages to purchase items using "Power Chips (P-Chips)" scattered throughout the game. This video shows the secrets, as well as a secret upgrade that allows you to increase the Mega Arm's speed. To obtain this upgrade it is necessary to die a few times, losing all lives 4 times in a row to receive the first upgrade and repeating the process once more to receive a second upgrade, so I left it to do this only after beating all the main bosses and obtaining all crystals.
It is an excellent game, with innovations but without losing the essence of Mega Man.
