This time I'm making a big batch of Southwestern Chicken Wraps for the freezer.Recipe2 chicken breast cooked and cut into cubes or shredded2 tbsp oil1/4 cup minced bell peppers (whatever color sweet peppers you like)1/4 cup diced onions1 can sweet corn, drained1 can black beans drained and rinsed1 package frozen spinach thawed and drained2 tbsp diced canned jalapeno peppers1 tbsp minced fresh parsley or cilantro1 tsp ground cumin1 tsp chili powder1 tsp garlic powder1/2 tsp salt or more to taste1 1/2 cup shredded cheeseflour tortillasI hope you give this one a try and let me know how you liked it.

Leave your questions down below and don't forget to thumbs up and like!Homemade GranolaINGREDIENTS1 cup your favorite nuts 1/2 cup coconut flakes6 cups rolled old fashion oats1/2 cup brown sugar3/4 cup ground flax seeds2/3 cup honey2/3 cup coconut oil or vegetable oil1 cup dried fruitsDIRECTIONSPreheat oven for 350 degrees F.In a small bowl combine your choice of nuts, and the coconut flakes.Set this nut mixture aside for later.In a large bowl combine oats, sugar and flax, mix well.To that add the honey and oil. Mix well to coat. (make sure your mixture is well coated)Pour your mixture into a large greased cookie sheet.Bake in 350 degree F oven for 15 minute.After 15 minutes remove your granola from the oven and gently stir.Now sprinkle your nut mixture that we made earlier on top of granola.Return to oven and bake for additional 15 minutes or until lightly toasted.Add dried fruits and let it cool completely before storing.*Granola will still look wet when done baking. It will get crunchy as it cools
