By tracking surgical tools as they cross the Mayo stand, LayerJot can help hospitals better understand instrument usage, reduce unnecessary tools, and create more efficient surgical tray workflows. The application can also follow the tray as it moves and blur protected health information like faces and patient wristbands to support HIPAA-conscious workflows.
