Can you rebuild bone density naturally? In this episode, we meet Louise Maroon, a physical therapist who spent her career helping others, only to be diagnosed with severe osteoporosis in her early 60s.
Louise shares her incredible journey from being "a fracture waiting to happen" to regaining her strength and confidence through a specialized program.
Now 68, her results have stunned her doctor, moving her diagnosis from severe osteoporosis back to osteopenia.

Additional info from Louise: While she credits strength training for the bone density gains that exceeded what her endocrinologist expected from meds alone, she also increased her protein intake and added K2-7, magnesium, a multi-mineral blend for elements such as potassium, phosphorus, boron, and selenium as well as a scoop pf collagen powder to her herbal tea, and continues to take the calcium and D3 her endocrinologist recommended.
Louise does not use HRT.
