VR to #MeetmyShadow Ragged Poet 2018-07-13 | I am uploading a VR but I feel a fraud as it is not really in the same vein because I interpret shadow a bit differently... can’t help my screwy mind lol! But I do believe that all these things we feel, or rather that our ego feels, such as fear and loss and failure are a result of a suppressed and non integrated shadow... If the whole self is not working together then we do get a skewed view of life.
