The unique heart-shaped weephole punched into ProVia siding originated with Heartland Building Products, a Booneville, Miss., manufacturer of vinyl siding that ProVia acquired in 2009. The heart-shaped weephole was intended to make Heartland's siding products recognizable in the field and to signify the care that the company put into its products and how it treated its customers.
The weephole was continued after ProVia's acquisition of the company as a way to demonstrate its mission of "serving customers and each other by caring for details in ways others won't."
