I'll release this soon, once I'm happy with the missing features heh. I decided to go back to 2D, I'll probably add a 2.5D mode separately. It's still very far from the original game... but now it looks a lot better than the previous video. [More info below]
Yep, that's what you think, a solid color background system that goes around the Shaders limitation for colors and it's also an optical illusion! [15° degrees trick, it uses the vanilla color of the texture]. (I tested with White/Green colors, but should work with all probably)... I haven't tried changing color while playing yet, but it can probably be done (probably will not be instant, but close enough.. maybe when you are inside a tunnel it will be ok)
