Experimenting with a mass transit city design based on Tokyo, Japan--seeing what I can do with the limitations of the SimCity 2013 tools, game mechanics, and engine.

I always wanted to build a massive city with highways and roads densely compacted into a area; example: Tokyo. A mass transit city with rails and roads criss-crossing, up and under one another, transporting Sims to their destinations.
I love Tokyo like its my home and I got the opportunity to visit it one day by myself to experience Japan (my video experience: vimeo.com/56570645). Now the passion is burning even hotter to create something like Tokyo.

So, let's start up a sandbox region and start building Tokyo!

All major road and railways, such as highways and train stations, are portrayed partially accurate (scaling inaccurate but basic road design is accurate) to the real city.
