This Salmon Teriyaki with crispy noodles and pak choy comes together in no time, and is all made in the Instant Vortex VersaZone Air Fryer! INGREDIENTS:2 Salmon fillets 3 tbsp sesame oil 2 tbsp Soy sauce1 tbsp honey1 tbsp grated ginger1 tsp garlic1 vegetable stock cube, crumbledFresh egg noodles, Pak choy, bulb chopped offRecipe: 1. Add the sesame oil, soy sauce, honey, ginger, garlic and stock cube to a bowl and mix to combine. 2. Add the salmon fillets to the marinade, and leave to marinate for at least 30mins.3. With the drawer divider of the VersaZone in place, put the salmon in one drawer and the noodles in the other side with the pak choy on top. Spoon any leftover marinade on top of the pak choy.4. Select Air Fry on the salmon drawer, and set the time to 12 mins and temperature to 180C.5. Select Air Fry on the noodle/pak choy drawer and set the time to 4 mins and temperature to 170C.6. Press SyncFinish to ensure both baskets finish simultaneously. 7. When the cooking programs finish serve each piece of salmon on top of the pak choy and crispy noodles.8. Enjoy hot!
