In Chapter 4 of Poppy Playtime, we meet Harley Sawyer, a.k.a the guy who came up with the idea of stuffing kids into toys. We learn about his backstory and his introduction to the company, his fall from grace, and then eventual return to Playtime Co., but we also learn of a document written and published by him in 1996 that could throw the current timeline into turmoil!
