Behold, the earliest normally accessible version of the intro sequence! This was first seen on March 20, 2008. Revision r9816 is shown here.
On March 13, the intro sequence was stubbed out, so there may be an even earlier version lingering in the source code (like HGSS). Besides some rougher visuals, the big difference here is that the scene with Cyrus is instead reusing the Mt. Coronet scene from Diamond & Pearl.
