The MPGD Challenge stands for Max Pokedex Gym Delay Challenge. The rules are simple: Max out your Pokedex before beating the next required gym. This inlcudes Pokemon 'seen' and Pokemon 'caught' as well as anything else in the Pokedex such as the Unowndex. To get an idea of the difficulty of the challenge, imagine fighting only Pokemon in Viridian Forest until you level up Squirtle to evolve into Blastoise before fighting Brock.
Glitches, Trading, or any means to obtain Pokemon not directly using the Gameboy Cartridge such as Pokemon Stadium are not allowed. For the complete description of rules, click the link below:

MPGD Challenge for Pokemon Crystal - Gym 2 (Bugsy)
This is part 2 of my Pokemon Challenge. There are 32 new pokemon that are possible to catch before beating Bugsy. This part of the challenge was especially interesting because Slowpoke can learn Headbutt through leveling up which allowed me to get a bunch of Pokemon that you normally couldn't get until you got TM02 (Headbutt) in the Ilex Forest after beating Bugsy. So I got to fight Bugsy with my own Bug Pokemon, which were much stronger than his. Also, I found a shiny Hoothoot in this challenge which I evolved into Ash's Shiny Noctowl! =D
