This is my PoE 2 0.5.5 league starter build guide for the Forbidden Rite event. With no balance changes set for the next Path of Exile 2 league, Gemling Legionnaire league starter builds will be extremely popular. Power Charge Setup:
First put in Living Lightning, then Culmination, then Ailiths Chimes! =
Living Lightning allows you to socket in Culmination and Ailiths Chimes Supports on Back Bell and consume Combo which then generates Power Charges with Ailiths Chimes. Not sure if this is a bug or not but it works well to sustain Charges
