Re-Encoded with Xmedia Recode to You Tube recommended settings 1280x720.
I hope this is some kind of improvement.

The first twenty seconds had a lot video issues, so I used A still image with the title and info to cover that up and blended that into the video.
VHS to DVD to H264 AVC Nero AAC.
This actually looks a lot better than the original. VirtualDub and Neat Video plugin filter are the reasons for that.
This is also a pretty good performance of the song.

This is a great performance of this song.
The origial video had been stretched out to 1280x720p and had a lot of interlace lines still visible.
I ran it through VirtualDub and had to use 3 different deinterlace filters, 1-Built in 2-A Commercial plugin 3-Area Based plugin deinterlacers. Wow never had to do that before!
Resized it back to 640x480p (probably more like the the original was).
Ran some filters to clean it up, adjust color, add grain.
Exported to HQ H264 mp4 with VirtuaDub Export feature.
It looks a lot better than the way I found it. You may notice a trace of interlacing lines. You may not notice any at all. You may not know what the hell I'm talking about.
Hope you enjoy a better cleaner version of this video.
