PlanetWisdom is a student conference run by Youth Specialties—an organization with more than 40 years of history—dedicated to serving the church so youth workers can help teenagers find and follow Jesus.
This year our theme is “Your Story So Far.” We want students to know that God’s story is living and active—that it’s still being written, and they have a unique role in the story.
From Friday night through Saturday evening, your students will hear relevant messages and have opportunities to reflect and engage using their PlanetWisdom journal. Along with worship and skits that connect the message throughout the event, teenagers will learn:
- What it means to have an identity in Christ, and how to remain in Him
- How to share their story with friends and family
- What it looks like to approach non-Christian friends about their story
- How to help connect their friend’s story to God’s story so far
As we explore passages like John 15:5, Acts 1:8, 2 Timothy 1:8, and Matthew 6:10, your students will discover what it means to live out and share their story.
