Planet Coaster 2 is the sequel to 2016s original Planet Coaster. It's made by Frontier, who also made Roller Coaster Tycoon 3, so there is some pedigree to the developer.
Water Parks are the headline new feature but there are also new coaster designs and elements and several new themes to build.
Compared to the prequel though, some elements seem to be missing, and the physics of the water slides seem a little off...

I cover all the pros and cons of the game in this review, seeing it as both a management sim and a creative suite for designing coasters. I also discuss the controversial DLC strategy that has caused some real negativity in the games community.
