Check out how to use the HeatGuard Pro Geras Pizza Oven on the Monument Mesa 305 Gas Grill!
• We made pizzas with the HeatGuard Pro Geras Pizza Oven for the Grill.
• 1st one was: Sauce, garlic, cheese and sprinkled with oregano. 2nd was pepperoni.
• Set up the Monument Mesa 305 with all burners on and open to get the pizza oven nice and hot.
• Stone got to around 500F+
• The 1st cheese pizza we did took about 6 minutes, the pepperoni took a little over 7 minutes.
Summary: The Pizza oven did a nice job, but with the cold weather we found closing the lid worked better to maintain the heat. Warmer weather will make this work much better!
