Sony dropped a bombshell on the gaming world this week: 2028 will mark their end of distributing physical video games. This will set an unprecedented change that has the potential to create ripple effects all over. But as much as I hate the direction we're headed for the future, this is an inevitable change we're forced to live with. Many of us knew this was coming, but just prayed physical video games would hold out forever.
But I'm here to provide a different perspective. Our love for physical media can still shine, even when the modern times will eventually leave us behind...
