didn't expect to be writing this description already, solo flaw vog has been a goal of mine for a long time but i finally decided to lock in and did solo gk which didn't take too long and then solo flaw vog took 5 days, I would've cleared 2 days ago but I wiped final set of oracles on atheon to my internet. very happy to complete this so fast though because it really is an annoying challenge having to sit through the first few encounters before gatekeepers. I think this is my 2nd hardest challenge behind solo taniks.

This is the most frustrating and annoying challenge I have ever completed by far. I have never been more mad at anything in a game than this challenge. I hated every second of running this challenge and I will never come back to descent b2b2b. It's just the worst feeling when you clear warlock descent just to wipe on the despawn of 2nd character and you have to switch character and transfer all your weapons back and start again. Please never try this challenge because it's genuinely horrible unless you're somehow 100% consistent at despawning cores. My PB before this clear was wiping to titan despawn, this was my first real third character attempt.

Now, I did die in the tunnel at the end of 3rd character, but I included some justification on why I'm counting this as a clear at the end of the video. I just wanted this to be over man and my internet has been so terrible lately, today felt like my only chance to clear.

I'll definitely come back to solo descent a bunch for like funny 2nd channel clears like no eager edge or white weapons solo descent but for now my priority is lowmans and day one prep. Thank you for taking the time to read this description.

The third and final class for solo descent complete. This is definitely the hardest of the three because of how hard it is to stay alive and the movement is harder. But, capping your frames to 30 makes this so much easier, it can give you like an extra 3 seconds on a nuke which is just insane. This took about 2 hours and around 10 despawn attempts in total. Maybe one day I'll try B2B2B solo descent I think that'll be cool.

At first when I started trying master tchall this genuinely seemed 100x harder than normal tchall and I thought it was doomed but as soon as I put on the boost for maligned harvest for overshield and @netploop told me to use a psychopomp with rolling storm, it became super easy. I was using a psychopomp with envious arsenal and harmony just for envious arsenal and it wasnt doing too much, but then when I put on rolling storm with threat detector not even envious I started doing so much more damage. I would get way more nova bombs and the adds would die so easy it didn't matter that I had to manually reload. The switch to rolling storm made master tchall go from like a 7/10 in difficulty for me to like a 3/10.

This is also my first master difficulty solo I'll probably do some more in the future. Solo acquisition next probably.

I don't even know how to start this description, this took me so long man. I started solo flawless attempts when I first cleared explicator during season of the wish and wiped to nez for the first time. The wipe was because of my internet too, making it feel even worse. I just couldn't bring myself to play the raid any longer until episode revenant where I did titan attempts and wiped nez for the second time and this time it was from my own khvostov bullet ricocheting and killing me. I didn't even know that was possible up until that moment, I even tried to do it intentionally before that. I lost all motivation after that wipe. Every second in this raid is miserable and I question how this raid even got the green light at bungie. This is the worst piece of content they have ever made. I genuinely don't know how it's possible to make a raid this horrible with all of the talent at bungie at the time. Probably 80% of all wipes was getting launched by explicator or a phalanx in explicator into a wall or off the map. This raid makes you feel like the unluckiest person in the world. The fact that scission can break ember of empyrean and sunbracers at times just makes me lost for words. While this challenge is probably way easier than something like solo taniks I've definitely put way more time into this than taniks. I'm guessing I put around 135 hours into solo ron

If I had to give any tips for solo flaw on warlock, literally just run queenbreaker for explicator, trust me. It's 100% more consistent and easy than merciless + gl/rocket. Also shoot to loot is super clutch. And for nez, just get a good hezen vengeance, hezen + merciless cooks so hard you dont even have to try. Nez is so free right now so all you need to do is get consistent at explicator.

I think I'm gonna do titan solo descent next and then maybe start working on solo flawless vog.

Well here it is, I have now soloed every encounter in DSC. This raid is what got me back into Destiny 2 so I'm really happy to have accomplished this. I love everything about this raid and Beyond Light had some of my favorite memories in any game. I was putting this solo off for a long time but as soon as I heard about the Radiant Dance Machines rework, I decided to start grinding. I wiped final twice, both weren't really clearable. I was using choir of one with no upgrades at the time but once I upgraded my choir it was mickey hitting clearable damage.
Never thought I would go this far with d2 solo encounters from solo Cataclysm to now. It's really sad that Radiant Dance Machines are getting a rework, I would've loved to try solo flawless DSC if we got better artifact mods sometime in the future. For now I'm gonna most likely go back to Geometry Dash before doing more solos and lowmans.

Decided to include Snowstorm and Razia just for fun even though they don't count as encounters imo.

I might try and see if I can do all of these b2b without wiping on the same class but im very inconsistent at reactor and I don't think it plays well on killswitch.

Exomechs:
Probably the hardest solo mechanically but not too bad. As long as you siphon the correct exomechs, damage is not a problem.

Atlus:
Very easy and consistent to get to damage but if you aren't careful the lasers will kill you. The one phase isn't too hard also. Fun solo.

Reactor:
The most inconsistent solo here for me, I don't know if it gets more consistent over time. The only hard part is the second floor.

The Immortal:
Hardest part was finding the hummingbird in time until I found the spot I used in my clear. It made the encounter super consistent and the only struggle is potentially dying during damage. Also I'm 99% sure you can solo one phase on killswitch but I didn't feel like trying for it, maybe one day.

Scersaryn:
Another pretty straightforward solo, just play it safe and try not to die during damage.

Maybe I'll try and do some of these with all mods at some point but I want to focus on other things. I'm excited for arcade mode to do solo flawless all modifiers.

This is in my opinion my new hardest solo in Destiny 2. I think this is way less luck based than solo witness and requires more skill. It also took 21 hours to clear which is slightly longer than solo witness. This solo is kinda fun at times but when you randomly get stuck at round one or two forever it's so annoying. I was really consistent at despawning the cores though, like a 90% success rate. I had two wipes at 6/6, one was a devastating wipe where I died right after dunking the final nuke to adds. The second 6/6 wipe was the very next attempt.

Also the music, sound effects and visuals in this encounter are so good especially when you reach 5/6. It makes the encounter feel so intense.

I think im gonna start working on solo gatekeepers next because solo taniks doesnt seem very fun right now.

This duo is pretty fun once you get everything down, it was just a matter of getting heavy drops to clear. Final stand is pretty tight especially when your teammate only has one shot of whisper left. Damage probably would've been easier to hit if I was on hunter or warlock though. Took about 4 hours over 3 days to clear.

Super proud of this clear because dino started playing like two weeks ago and it seemed like such an impossible task at first. Dino also plays on the geforce now free trial, 💀 which means he can only play for one hour at a time before waiting in a queue.

Templar was our first struggle in learning, we tried a ton of different ideas until we swapped roles and I switched backed to warlock with anti oracle mods to spam nova bombs while dino does relic.

Atheon was over after about 50 minutes, not too difficult because verity's brow fusion grenades do so much damage.

Gatekeepers is where everything started going wrong. The titans role in duo gatekeepers is hard, especially for someone whos only been playing for a week. Dino also did not have gjallarhorn which just made things impossible. We thought it was joever until I seen all expansions were on sale so he got 30th anniversary and got gjally. The next problem was dino killing the praetorians consistently. Void grenade was pretty consistent but the cooldown was long and you couldn't get very many off. I was also dealing with heavy ammo issues and was running out before 3/6. Luckily, dino had a destabilizing rounds handcannon and aeon safes. This with 100 discipline helped a ton. A lot of the little things are what got us the first gk clear. Void holster for dino, stasis holster for me, throwing two stasis turrets at the start in venus, switching to aberrant action, switching to prismatic, all of these is what got us our first gk clear. We began flawless attempts afterwards but gk was still inconsistent due to having to rely on shield throw. The last piece to solving gatekeepers was getting dino armamentarium, dino was now able to have a grenade for every single praetorian by swapping loadouts after the second overload spawn. We recleared first attempt after that change. After one more reclear we went back into flawless attempts and cleared. So many ups and downs of thinking its joever, but we did it on our third attempt at gatekeepers.

This is by far the most annoying challenge I have ever completed in any game. If it wasn't for all the rng required and random bugs, this would've been such a fun challenge. But no, I had to sit through 20 hours of bad hand rng, shooting chieftain bullets, getting launched off the map, bad ammo rng, getting slowed into resonance, resonance picking up in 0.01 seconds or 10, resonance picking up when you're not in range, getting cross mapped by the square hand, the subjugator slowing you from the other side, shooting even more chieftain bullets, getting lit up by adds during damage, golden gun shots blanking, weavers launching you into walls putting you to 1hp, chieftain totems appearing when its most inconvenient, adds hiding behind walls so I'm unable to get the 2nd kill to create an orb with siphon mods, screebs hiding underground, somehow getting 1 tapped by a singular screeb, shoot to loot just missing sometimes, airborne effectiveness 1 in a trillion still hunt mid-air miss, left subjugator respawning because the right one fell off the map, one million triangle hands spawning, losing seven 50/50s in a row (1/128), hands deciding to not give resonance because they don't have to, bricks randomly falling off the map, 10 moments you wouldn't believe if not filmed ahh deaths during damage due to chieftain bullets, triangle hand attacking in some random location instead of where I'm standing, threadlings stealing my melee kills, subjugator melee launch, adds doing everything in their power to shoot me 1 yoctosecond before I regenerate health, weaver launch somehow having 10x the strength, getting slowed mid jump then off the map I go, randomly getting stuck sliding so I cant dodge, hands disappearing whenever inconvenient, getting a big heavy brick with combination blow and I only get 1 heavy and facet of command not activating. I've never enjoyed playing any solo encounter in this game, but this brings it to another level.

But, after all of that, it's over. 20 hours of attempts over the span of a week. This would've probably been a little easier if I had wardens law but I don't have it because I didn't care to get it.
