President Donald Trump is selecting members for his Cabinet. One selection is Major Pete Hegseth as Secretary of Defense. Causing criticism from the once mainstream media, Democrats, and the alt-left. In addition, causing panic among the woke thugs at The Pentagon (the Defense Department’s building).
Their bellowing claims he is not qualified. Really? Major Pete Hegseth served in the Army in both Iraq and Afghanistan. He was twice awarded the Bronze Star. What fears his critics is the book he authored: “The War on Warriors.” The book details the purposeful destruction of the U.S.A. military via woke policies, political correctness, and D.E.I. (Diversity, equity, and inclusion). More concerned with those destructive policies, while canceling meritocracy (people selected on the basis of their ability, not on their pigment, plumbing, or self-identification).
As written on the cover of his book, “Behind the betrayal of the men who keep us free.”
“Men” as the historical euphemism for both male and female.
Further claimed at age 44, he is too young for such a position. Huh?
Tell that to:
Theodore Roosevelt who took the Presidential Oath of Office at age 43.
John F. Kennedy, who took the Presidential Oath of Office at age 42.
If Major Hegseth is too young to be Secretary of Defense, then Roosevelt and Kennedy were both too young to be president.
