You will learn how much the food cycler reduced the weight of the food scraps I put into it. I tested 7 different types of food waste to see how well it would prefer so that you do not have to buy a machine to try it.
You will discover if you should spend $500 on one of the Lomi Composters by Pela that allows you to divert your food waste from the landfill to a local garden near you.
You will learn several alternatives to buying a "kitchen composter" such as the Lomi Composting appliance or the Vitamix foodcycler so you can save money and get your food waste to add more organic matter to the earth.

Another tip for saving money and extending your valuable Boogie Bucks.
Use just 1/3 boost to 2/3 base & allow ingredients to ferment together (dry) for a week or two. ("Prep" dry tea ingredients for your next batch of tea a week or two ahead time). It will create a more explosive / bio-active tea than the "usual" (as per normal instructions) Boogie recipe of 50% ea. Base & Boost, (with immediate infusion vs allowing the above mix to "yeast up" etc).
NOTE: Please keep in mind that a pre-combined Base & Boost blend, (1-part tea), has a limited shelf life ( 2 months max). This is why we package and sell Boogie Brew as a 2 part tea formula, (allows for 2 year shelf life instead)."
In this episode, you will learn why soaking your seeds in pure protein can increase your germination time, and start your plants off growing faster and healthier.
You will discover how pure protein works as a seed starting solution and how John uses the pure protein to eliminate and reduce transplant shock after he transplants his starter plants.
You will learn why Pure Protein Amino Acids are essential for your organic garden and learn about the vegan alternative if you do not want to use a fish-derived product in your garden.
You also learn how to get your cuttings to root faster using pure protein.
You will also discover other seed germination techniques and how to buy the healthiest seeds to start in your garden.

In this episode, you will learn about Caliuana Supreme bio-profile boosted
Worm Castings are now available from Boogie Brew. You will also learn about the #1 DIY compost tea recipe you can use to maximize your plant growth and even repel insects from your garden.
You will discover the secrets to organic gardening: the biology and how you can add massive amounts of minerals & biology into your garden by regularly feeding your plants with compost tea.
You will learn the ultimate compost tea formula that will add bacteria, fungi, sugars, and trace minerals into your soil to get the food soil web working to its best potential.
You will discover the key ingredients you need to use to amend your compost tea to ensure it has the maximum horsepower.
You will learn how insect frass can be added to tea to give your plants extra immunity to pests and disease and how adding it to your soil can also repel pests.
After watching this episode, you learn about the most powerful DIY compost tea recipe you can make and apply to your garden.
Full Workhorse Tea Recipe:
Please consider alternating Boogie applications with cheaper and more basic and simple worm tea recipes. Our favorite way is to make a dedicated “vermi-tea” from Caliuana Castings, along with some quality compost (ideally a wood-chip rich compost blend), and perhaps a little kelp and / or rock dust as catalyst ingredients. Try sweetening such a tea with a little sugar or molasses (i.e. Sucanat or Boogie Brix is highly recommended) and brew for 24 to 48 hours. Bingo, maximum bang for your vermi-buck!
“Workhorse Tea” Formula (per 5 gallons of full-strength brew):
A) 1 cup Caliuana worm castings
B) 1 cup of wood-chip rich compost
(For pure vermi-tea, substitute above with 2 cups of castings only).
C) 1/4 cup Sucanat or molasses or 2 Tbsp Boogie Brix
D) Optional additives: 2 Tbsp Kelp Extract or 1/4 cup kelp meal and 2 Tbsp of any rock dusts (Azonite, Cascade etc).
E) Black Soldier Fly Larvae Frass /Insect Frass: 1 cup Boogie Black (added at hour 18+).
*Note: Brew the workhorse tea for a little longer than regular Boogie Brew 2-part tea (36 to 48 hrs)
*Add the frass (from 1/3 cup to 1.5 cups or so) after 18 hours of brewing. You also want to wait for compost tea to mature BEFORE adding frass as the delicate younger microbes in tea can otherwise get overwhelmed by the strong dominator species (pathogen-busters) in the frass.
