Winnipeg, Oct. 20, 2016: Former Liberal Defence Minister and founder of the Canada Action Party, Paul Hellyer spoke at the University of Winnipeg on the need to reform the banking and monetary system so that it serves the needs of citizens, as well as the necessity to reject the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement with the European Union.
