But on the surface we are seeing a small tribal force with conventional weapons defeating the most powerful military empire in the world which specializes in promoting a liberal and feminist ideology. The Taliban emphasizes one main thing and that is that the men rule. They will die defending their women and the role women play in their culture. The American empire appears to be mostly concerned about reorganizing the husband wife relationship in Afghanistan and has spent 2.3 trillion dollars over the last 20 years to accomplish this.
