Gaz Rendar | Papercraft Castlevania II // Ripe Seeds Plant Castle Track // on 3 Pocket Operators @GazRendar | Uploaded July 2023 | Updated October 2024, 34 minutes ago.
I recently got an Analogue Pocket and I've been playing a lot of retro games that I missed out on during my childhood. I've always been a fan of the Castlevania franchise, but I never played Castlevania II: Belmont's Revenge on Game Boy before. The first time I booted it up and started playing I couldn't believe what a banger of a track the Ripe Seeds tune is from the Plant Castle stage. Covering the music took a long time for this one, and I needed 3 Pocket Operators to be able to do it, but the bass line for the track is pretty awesome. It also took me an equally long time to add in my custom papercraft reenactments along with some stop motion animation. Enjoy!
Recorded with two PO-128 Mega Man Pocket Operators (melody and bass lines) and a PO-35 Speak (drum track) onto a Zoom R20 multitrack recorder.
