I have been playing a lot of Max Payne 3 recently. The panama section has the best music in the game, but unfortunately the official release only has a small chill section of it. So I decided to extract the files and do an extended mix.
For those who do not know how the music is integrated into the game, here is a quick explanation: in each chapter of the game there are several tracks with the same lenght, depending on the intensity of the situation in which the player is, diffenrent layers of these tracks will play.
Here are the file names for the panama section along with an brief description of what they are suposse to be:
PANAMA_FINAL_1: Main tune that was officially released
PANAMA_FINAL_2: background melody that you can hear in the official release. I decided to start the video with that one.
PANAMA_FINAL_3: sad melody
PANAMA_FINAL_4: chill rythm
PANAMA_FINAL_5: carpenter-like tension section
PANAMA_FINAL_6: Heavy drums that intensify the action
