The 2022 MAKE MORE COMICS winning graphic novel A TIGER's TALE volume 1 almost had a different cover. PLUGO goes into detail about the evolution of the graphic novel's cover art and the rejected piece which iterated from Chinese freehand brush (xiěyì 写意) and traditional pen & ink as well as the framed watercolor which will be digitally composed as a hybrid piece in a future collection.
