Finally, Locria made this absolute god-tier explanation of Grand Cross that trivialises the mechanic.

NA and EU party finder are mostly in agreement on strats, so I haven't intentionally changed a thing from the standard raidplan. Every strat in this video comes from either Toxic Friends or Rinon, so all credit to them for the strats shown.

The secret to following this raidplan is to.... not follow the raidplan. It was so obvious!
I still think my group will stick with the standard toxic friends version of millenial decay, but this is definitely less scary than what the raidplan shows. Hope this helps!
A massive thank you to all of the commenters on the main guide and in Discord who helped explain how to improve this from the original raidplan version!
Here is a raidplan shared with me that shows movement in-line with what is in the video: raidplan.io/plan/0HsuBim9UDdii1xQ
This guide is coming out just before the start of week 5, so I've tried to only show established PF strats. This guide is essentially Toxic Friends, but with Ferring Decay, Clock TR and Quad Moon shown as options, as I know they are used readily in NA PF.
Toxic Friends: raidplan.io/plan/46uVU6o49FPuYXOs

Quad Moon: raidplan.io/plan/WFsLBku1C9Iyxneu
I also cover @RinBanana's Terrestrial Rage strat, which matches with what's in the Toxic Friend's Raidplan. I'll link the guides to both phases, as they’re fantastic, especially if you prefer POV footage of the fight.

This guide is coming out near the end of week 2, and PF is still a complete mess of different strats. This guide mostly sticks to Toxic Friends for the basics, but I also show Kindred uptime for phase 1. For phase 2, I show Locked seeds (similar to Cute seeds) and we found it incredibly consistent. I also show EU Fixed seeds and Bili Bili, so people already doing those in PF should have no issue sticking to them. Phase 3 is slightly different from Toxic friends for 2 mechanics. I show seed drops on the wall as opposed to 1-tile off (one tile strat), as my group found it more consistent. I also have OT stick to NE for the final seed drops, as opposed to having H2 go NE.
All of the raidplans used:

The Toxic Friends Raidplan (raidplan.io/plan/Pgj53K49w8LAZpI6) has been the most common in both NA and EU party finder, so I've tried to stick to the positions in that as closely as possible.

Be aware: PF is fairly split in how it approaches this fight between regions, with EU using mostly Rinon strats, while NA uses the Pastebin strats. My guide follows very closely to the NA Pastebin strats, so if you’re trying to PF this fight in EU, many of the strats shown here will be different.
If you are doing the fight in EU party finder and haven’t watched Rinon’s video, give it a watch: it’s great!

General thoughts on each:
Krile/Mario Kart - Whole group stays together for most of the mechanic, but knowing when to go out and where to go to as a defamation is a bit tricky
Oppo - Much easier for defamations to know when and where to go, but easy for the first two defamations to forget to avoid the incoming thunder orb
JP Strat (I refuse to call it braindead) - A lot less movement overall, but this one seems like it has to 'click' with your brain, as it's very different.

This is a guide to the fight P9S (Kokytos) in the game Final Fantasy XIV. All strats in this video are week 1 strats and are likely to be improved overtime. In particular, this video does not show a particular strat for scrambled succession (as the commonly used strats are likely to change in the near future); it only explains how the mechanic works.
My sage macros this in the chat just before Levinstrike starts. See if this helps you!

Most of the mechanics for this fight really only have one solution. The major difference is whether you do true north (map fixed) or relative stack positions.
In party finder, groups that specify 'Boss relative' or 'Wall relative' are looking to do gale 2 as I show in the first half of this video.
Groups that specify 'True North' or 'Gp 1 N/W Gp 2 S/E' are looking to do gale 2 as I show in the second half of this video.
True north groups are also more likely to do fixed stack spots for the 'out+stack' mechanic, usually Gp 1 East and Gp 2 West. If the cleave is pointed in a way that makes it difficult to get to your spot, just get out and follow your healer.
Both strats work fine, so use whichever you prefer!

One very small mistake - there is a void meteor tankbuster at the very end of the fight, just after the two binding cold raidwides. I somehow completely forgot this, so my apologies if it catches you off guard!

As this guide is coming out quite a while after release, PF in your region might be doing mechanics slightly or totally differently. Other better strats will likely be discovered (or already exist) but this guide shows what worked best for me.

This guide shows both map-relative and boss-relative ways of doing Fourfold spreads. It also shows the 'diamond' approach to keeping uptime when the safe spots are on the same side, as well as the riskier way for tanks to keep uptime when the safe spot is in the corners.
Sorry for another long one, but this fight feature a lot of 50:50 mixups out and I wanted to show as many of the different combinations as possible to help people who might struggle to visualise the other possibility.

This newer strat is absolutely the easiest way I've seen of dealing with purgation and will be what I recommend my group uses for reclears. If you cleared P7S early week 1 with the original (and likely intended) purgation strat, with stacks and spreads on separate platforms, give this strat a try!
This seems to be the more popular of two ways of making this mechanic more fixed by saving both tank invulns. This strat allows you to position yourself as soon as the fruit land (before the animals actually hatch).
Sorry this one ended up a bit long! The first inviolate purgation strat I show is really just for educational purposes. I strongly recommend using the Sleepo strat instead.

This strat has a lot less movement than the one used in my full guide for P6S, and is commonly used in PF.
I've now uploaded a mini-guide for another way of dealing with Cachexia, 'Timer Strat' youtube.com/watch?v=0BcE5w2JnrM
This is a guide to the fight P6S (Hegemone) in the game Final Fantasy XIV. All strats in this video are day 1 strats and are likely to be improved overtime.

This is a guide to the mechanic devour in the fight P5S in Final Fantasy XIV.
Since making my original guide, I've now seen a new strat for dealing with devour that is significantly simpler. This should hopefully limit how many groups get walled by this mechanic in PF.
I've now uploaded a mini-guide on another way of handling devour: youtube.com/watch?v=ogH5TAok5CA
