The house had no power so good lighting was essential to a safe and efficient work space. I used 2 Over-lander lights, which was amazing as it eliminated shadows. Also, the light coming from overhead also eliminated shadows. It was amazing. Like having power in the house and full room lighting. the Over-lander light was used at full height of 10' in a VERY large room, but you can use it at any height from 2' to 10' tall. One light would have been sufficient, but I am spoiled and have 2 of them, which is the best work lighting ever.This telescoping light is durable, lightweight, easy to store and transport, and never got hot. The light it produced was extremely bright, but easy on the eyes. Hard to explain, but it was VERY functional. This is one of the best work site lights I have used. A great construction light, work site light, flood light. I prefer it over the small halogen or even modern LED work lights you find at Lowes and Home Depot.
