Did I really have to extend such a short loop to ten minutes? No. Why did I do it anyway? Ask again tomorrow.The reason the font in the video is different is because this theme is special compared to the rest and definitely not one bit, not at all, because the other font couldn't render two of the glyphs. Nuh-uh, nope, not the reason.Pot of Greed is Chikuji Toutetsu's card in LCM, that being my "prediction" character for Toutetsu when all we knew about them was that they exist. Going into detail about her is a little pointless now that Yuuma has been revealed though. 東方饕豚壺 (Touhou Toutonko) was the name of the story she debuted in, which is why I decided to name the theme after it. I've grown so used to it now that, if Chikuji would ever have her own theme, I'd definitely want this melody to be used in it.All in all LCM's cards give you a little insight to the world that S&Y is. It's a messy Touhou isekai crossover hodgepodge of nonsense, but it's a fun one if you don't take yourself too seriously. She was actually the stage 3 boss in a fangame centered around the tale of Heracles I had wanted to make a long time ago, but unfortunately just wasn't quite ready for. Not only did I lack the necessary skill, I was absolutely atrocious at coordinating a team. That's ancient history now though.Since then, I've been wanting to make a script for Camelan and Tsushima for at least two years. They originated in three-stage story (plus Extra), which was much smaller than the six stage fangame I botched before, so I thought maybe I could handle that much at least. Buuuuuut then it never happened, luckily this time before I got anyone else involved. It wasn't in vain though, everything I had made for that got recycled into Least Connected Marketeer.In that game (the second one, not the first), Tsushima would've been the stage 1 boss, Camelan the stage 2 boss, and Clownpiece the final boss. The Extra Stage boss is the fairy mentioned in the stage theme video.By the way, if you're thinking that part of the text looks like red velvet cake as opposed to the inside of a mouth with teeth...then I can't blame you because that's what it's starting to look like to me, too. They're teeth, I say, teeth! Teeth that will eat you if you say otherwise! Tsushima is coming to eat you!This theme music was composed by Frogmask.

I'm glad that wound up not being the case. I crammed a lot of words into the title, but trust me every single one has a reason for being there.Did you know I actually quite like card games? Mind you, not TCGs like Yu-Gi-Oh! or Magic or Vanguard or what have you, they're all way too complicated and only look like card games to me, but don't feel like it. I'm old-fashioned in that regard, perhaps because I have a lot of fond memories of playing card games out in the garden with a few friends.Camelan is different though, in addition to enjoying the classics you could also consider her a jack-of-all-trading-card-games. Not that many such cards appear in Gensokyo though, let alone handbooks or anything, so her knowledge on those is quite limited actually. They still make for nice guests in her stage magic though.Either way, I do believe card games to hold something of an ageless monopoly in human culture. Even if paper as a medium is being abandoned, the general look and feel of the games is being preserved in digital form. To me that's not quite the same though, so I hope I'll still have someone to play a completely boring game of Uno with when I'm old. Naturally I also had some involvement, particularly with system-related tweaks, and most notably, providing the horribly broken Full Rainbow shot type to make the Ultra Patch accessible to people who aren't CreepyNinja.A day or two ago, WishMakers, creator of Danmakufu ph3 Woo Edition, released a slightly tweaked version of Woo dubbed "DNH Ultra". Every time a script calls a function that creates a bullet, DNH Ultra makes it so that two bullets are created by that function, with the only difference being their speed: the extra bullet moves at what appears to be 50% of the speed of their "parent". Bullets that are spawned with 0 speed apparently gain some sort of "default" speed so that they don't stay on screen forever.However, there's one major problem with this: due to how Danmakufu works, only one of these bullets is actually accessible in the script's code, meaning that the other bullet retains the properties it was initially spawned with, and cannot be altered whatsoever. This means these extra bullets are limited to the most primitive behaviors a bullet can have. For the most part, this doesn't matter very much, but when bullets have complex movements, or serve special purposes, this creates...very interesting scenarios. You'll quickly see what I mean, as the first boss in the game is already victim to some bullet jankiness.I wanted to try Double Ultra Extra as well, but unfortunately, Danmakufu didn't want to. It quit on Mumei's eighth spell card.
