This is super makeshift stop motion, considering I had almost none of the proper equipment and software to do it. Hopefully the choppy frames and stupidly fast pacing (I slowed it down as much as i could without it being a slideshow, I did not take enough inbetween frames) are not too much for you or chat.

This was a nightmare to make, but man am I glad I did. I will actually leave this one up on my channel as it is ultimately more comprehensible without context (NOT BY MUCH) than last years, which I unlisted due to this channel being seen by my real life peers. (you can still access it linked under the previous year's contest video description)
This is super bittersweet, as this is the final project I will be doing at UMass, and while it feels good to finally have it done after months of hard work, I graduate tomorrow morning, and the rest of my life is just beginning, not much unlike Grobot's journey here.
Animated in Adobe Photoshop, assets made using Aseprite, retro game part was made in Godot, and editing done in After Effects.
This took a semester of work and a looot of crunch time.
