If you don't care about it carrying a heavier camera like a GoPro then I recommend getting the less expensive Syma X5SW. The camera quality is about the same, if not a little better.

I didn't think flying this nano FPV quadcopter would be easy but I was suprised to find that it's actually easier then larger quadcopters like the MJX X400W.
The transmitter is comfortable in the hands and holds most smart phones for viewing a live stream from the quadcopters camera. Most nano quadcopters come with a ridiculously tiny remote so I was happy with the larger size and quality of the one included. You can also fly through your phone, however I found it harder to control this way.
The battery isn't replaceable and only last about 5 minutes. This is pretty standard for nano quadcopters and for some reason the photos on the product page shows removable batteries but I promise they aren't.
Distance was good! In the first 4 minutes of flight I was getting about 50 feet without the live video feed cutting out. After 4 minutes and you'll want to keep it close because your reception will start to go down.

This tiny rc boat screams through the water and nothing can stop it. Even after being launched in the air and diving under a wave, it'll quickly turn right side up with a flick of the throttle.
The Recoil by Proboat is a very well built rc boat! There are copy cats, but none come close the the speed and handling of the Recoil.

M71 Quadcopter triangular design flight review

The M71 Quadcopter has a unique design that makes it look like a tricopter. Its 2 front motors are located in a protective sphere at the front of the frame. This creates a sturdy, well protected bumper that has been very resilient to crashing. The problem with this is that it doesn't rotate on the quadcopters center of gravity. This means that when you add yaw (spin the quad) it tends to drift slightly in a unintended direction. It's not as noticeable outside where you have more room to fly around.
I didn't expect flips to be very smooth, but as long as you have around 5 feet of altitude, the M71 quadcopter does side flips and back flips. For some reason mine didn't want to do front flips.

Turning the motors around so they push instead of pull actually reduces drag and slightly increases performance. The reason why is because a traditional quadcopters motors have their blades above the frame which causes drag resulting is lost thrust. Other than cooling, there's no benefit to having airflow blow over the frame of the quadcopter. Is the performance increase that noticeable? Very little, and it might just be because this is a well built quadcopter. The performance of the X902 is one of the best out of all the quads that I've flown. Very smooth and controllable with longer than normal flight times.
The only downside to it's design is that is has to take off from a hard surface, or at least very short carpet. The blades are pretty close to the ground and the frame doesn't lift them very high up.

The Venom is a mini RC Boat that is a toy boat loaded with a ton of great features normally only found on more expensive models. The speed and performance of this boat is outstanding for the price.
The water cooled high speed motor. Like more expensive hobby grade boats, the Venom has a water pickup under the haul that scoops water up and wraps it around the motor to keep it cool to insure the best performance out of your boat.
It’s modular design keeps the boat upright. Most of the weight is located at the bottom of the boat making it resist tipping over. If it does then the hitting the throttle a few times will usually bring it back upright. It took me a couple tries to get it to spin back over but it eventually righted itself.
Now I’ll go over a couple tips for new users so they can get the most of out their boat. Keep the haul as dry as possible. Make sure every drop of water is out of the boat after running it each time. Electronics and water don’t do well together! Leave the top off the boat during storage to let the moisture out and check the water line that cools the motor to make sure it hasn’t come lose.

This is my review on the highly detailed 1/14 scale Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport Vitesse RC Car. The main emphasis was put on the details of this car with working head and tail lights. The driving performance wasn’t impressive, with only one speed setting. The speed of this rc car is around 7 mph which is about the speed of a jog.
There is a trim tab under the car to adjust the direction of the tires to keep the car going straight.
The head lights look just like a luxury car, with bright pure white projectors lamps that can be seen in the day light. The tail lights light up when the car is in reverse. This rc car also has scale looking brake pads that stay in place while the wheel turns giving it a realistic look. The Bughatti Veyrons rims are a glossy black and are wrapped in real air filled rubber tires.
The actual Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport Vitesse is the fastest and most powerful production sports car on the market. Starting out at 1001 horse power and going up to 1200hp this car is in a class of its own. The whole design is unlike any other sports car. With that much power and speed the design of the Bugatti had to perfect functionality and beauty.

This micro drone looks pretty cool flying around, it's just too bad they didn't make a Harrier version! You get 3 flights settings which helps when learning to fly. From slow to fast, this little rc quadcopter jet is fun for kids and adults.
Flips are easy to do, just make sure not to be flying too high or else you'll hit the ceiling. The quadcopter is programmed to quickly gain altitude right before the flip to allow for the drop you get when upside down. This can be unexpected for beginner pilots so just be aware!
When you first turn on your rc jet quad, make sure it's on a flat level surface so it can initialize the gyro. If it's uneven, it'll be really hard to trim properly.

The night footage of this dash camera is pretty good compared to others in it's price range.
For less than $100 this model has more features than anything else I've seen out there. Like GPS location and speed recording, a wide 170 degree lens, high heat resistance, and really good 1080p video!

The T-28 Trojan began service for the US Air Force and Navy in the 1050’s and was continued to be used by the Navy as a trainer up until 1984.
This is a great step up from a 3 channel plane. You get full 4-channel control and a steerable nose wheel. It flies extremely well for a Ultra Micro plane. I thought it would be difficult to fly since this one doesn’t have AS3X to help stabilize it but I was very surprised at how well it handled in both calm and windy conditions. This is due to its dihedral wings. Dihedral wings will increase a planes stability and decrease its roll. When one wing dips down, it will generate more lift, pushing it back up. Most aerobatic planes and fighter jets will have straight wings like the UMX F-16 that I also reviewed. This will give them more performance and make them harder to fly.
Another great choice for someone getting into 4-channel planes would be the Sport Cub S. I have some good flying footage showing how easy that plane is to land with one camera on the controls while I’m flying and I’ll include a link below.

This is the most popular RC helicopter because it's so easy to fly and extremely tough. Spare parts are cheap and easy to find. The Syma S107 has lightweight blades that will swing so if they hit you, they hurt a lot less than rigid blades. This also helps prevent the blades from getting damaged, since they will swing on a hinge. Flying couldn't be easier. Once the helicopter is hovering it will stay within a 5-foot radius and trim can be applied to keep the nose straight. The tail has an upward-facing motor that will push it up or down, causing the RC helicopter to fly forward and reverse.
Any wind from a fan or air conditioning will cause this little helicopter to drift so it's best to be flown in still air. It works on infrared so it's best to be flown indoors as the signal will be weak outside.

What a beautiful fun rc plane to fly. Some how E-flight packed in 4 motors, 4 servos, tons of detail, AS3X (more about this later) and landing gear on this 26" wingspan plane! Wow, there was no question about me buying this plane. The B-17is the most famous WWII bomber and is known for taking a beating in the skies over Europe and still being able to return home safely.

Binding this plane with my Spektrum Dx6i was quick and easy. After charging the battery, I had this B17 in the air. In smooth calm air, this thing performs very scale and while it can easily do loops, it's really meant to be flown scale. The motors are powerful but small.

Great Air Cooling.

The E-flight B-17G has very well thought out cooling ducts all throughout the plane. Each motor has an inlet and outlet to keep them lasting a long time by providing a lot of airflow. The front nose cone has a vent to blow air over the battery and control board. Keeping the plane cool also helps if you bring multiple batteries since you don't have to let it cool down for very long to fly again.

Built in AS3X.

Think of AS3X as an extra pilot helping to reduce any any bumps in the air. If there's a sudden gust that blows your plane to the left, the AS3X will help by immediately correcting to the right. It helps a lot in lighter weight planes that get tossed around a lot in the slightest breeze. It makes this B17 perform like a larger model.

Flying Tips and Tricks.

This B17 RC Plane likes to be flown scale. In other words, slow and gentle. It can easily do flips but that's as far as I would go with the aerobatics. Turning does require extra power and elevator up, especially in tight turns. The elevator has a lot of authority letting you pull really tight turns when banked. This helps a lot when avoiding objects! This plane does NOT handle wind and it's not surprising considering it light weight. You'll have the most fun when there is no wind and you have plenty of space to fly.

Different types of landing gear.

Switching out landing gear is easy! Just wiggle the gear side to side and choose from no landing gear, half wheels, or my favorite the foam wheels. I recommend leaving the foam wheels on when flying because they good a good job at protecting the propellers and guns when landing. Even if you're landing in grass, they will still bend back and become uneven. Replacement blades are available but will cost you around $18 to swap out all 4 so take care of them!

RC Motorcycle with gyro Review

This mini rc motorcycle is a lot of fun. It has a weighted gyro in the rear wheel that will keep it upright even at slow speeds. The tires are made out of thick quality rubber that really helps it corner at high speeds. The throttle is proportional which is great to see on such an affordable toy. There are two plastic balls that act as skid guards, keeping the bike from leaning too far to the side and this helps in two ways. 1. It helps when cornering, keeping the bike from falling on its side. 2. When completely stopped, they keep the bike at a 45 degree angle so you can easily keep driving without having to retrieve the bike every time it tilts over.
My only two complaints are the durability. This is on the fragile side, although in all fairness, I did put this rc motorcycle through a lot of abuse. When I was first testing it, I was running it on a rough surface causing the bike to tumble and flip. This bike was really meant to be driven on a smooth surface with a lot of care. If you’re gentle with this toy, you will really enjoy it. I had a lot of fun while it lasted and will definitely be buying another one.
My second complaint was the steering. For some reason when I first testing it out, it would only steer right. The next day it would steer both directions just fine. I’m not sure if I shook something loose that actually helped it or what. I was just hoping for more consistent steering.

Bluegill love SlimJims, they are loaded with flavor and stay on small hooks better than most other bait.

If you do plan on using this as a fishing pole, make sure to always keep your thumb on the fishing line when casting. This is a "bait caster" type of reel and they tangle pretty bad if you're not careful. To reel in, pinch the line between your fingers so the line goes on nice and snug.

Worlds Smallest RC Hexacopter Drone Flight Review

Overall this is an awesome flying durable drone. This mini Hexacopter looks hard to fly, but if you’ve ever flown a regular quadcopter you’ll have no problem controlling this one. With 6 motors I wasn’t expecting long flight times but was surprised when it lasted a full 6 minutes. Charging is done with a USB charger and takes around 45 minutes.
The blades do pop off when you crash but they are pretty easy to find. The frame made of sturdy plastic protecting a ridged computer board in the middle.
The 6 led lights help with orientation, 4 blue in the back and 2 red in the front. For around $30 bucks you can’t go wrong.

As far as mini quads go, this is the fastest, most responsive rc quadcopters I’ve flown. The yaw rate (how fast it spins) is insane and it pulls out of a spin with no problem! It also performs some of the tightest flips thanks to it’s high power and light weight. All around this is a wonderful quadcopter for the price. You can’t go wrong buying this for yourself or as a gift. As if that wasn’t enough, the H8 also has CF mode, which makes the quad fly back towards you even if you lost orientation with what direction it’s pointing.

I recently bought the RAVPower Dual USB output so my girlfriend and I could go out a play Pokemon Go together and it's been an awesome charger. We usually play at night so the flashlight has been very handy.
Pokemon Go will drain your battery faster than you can say "Gotta Catch 'Em All". The truth is that if you're out hunting new and rare Pokemon you must get a portable charger to keep your phone going. There are a ton of cheaply made battery banks and let me save you the time, money, and frustration. Don't buy the cheap ones!
The Anker Astro E1 has a 5200mAh capacity and will fully charge most power hungry phones out there with no problem. You can charge the big iphone 6 twice, by LG G2 gets 2 full charges, a iPad air will get almost half a charge, and I recently started charging my GoPro with this which is great because usually when I’m using my GoPro I’m nowhere near a power outlet.
The size is perfect for me, I wanted something that I could easily fit in my pocket and still have enough power to keep my devices going throughout the day. The glossy finish looks good at first but is a magnet for finger prints so I do keep my in its included case. I wish they put more of a matte finish to it but then again, it’s not really a showpiece that I’ll have lying around.
Anker has their own technology called PowerIQ which works great for everything I've tested. It works by replicating the charging protocol of the devices original charger. A lot of the cheaper ones will just have one current and that can cause some devices to reject them. The problem is that phones, tablets, and cameras have different circuitry inside that require different currents. I bought one from a gas station once for an emergency charge and my phone said that charging it could damage the phone. I've been using their Desktop USB Charger for a while now and it’s proven to be a fast and reliable usb charger and it also has the PowerIQ!
You charge it using this micro usb port and it takes around 5 hours. You can use your phones charger, computer or if you have a usb charger like this Anker you can use any of them. The button on the side shows the battery life of the device.
Don't run out of battery when you're friends are still out gathering pokeballs from pokestops and finding new Pokemon.
You can charge your phone while this battery bank is in your pocket. Just attach your phone USB cord to your phone and the other end to your battery bank and you'll have plenty of extra battery life to keep you going!

The full review is coming soon! I was very impressed with the performance of the Recoil rc boat. The speed of this thing is phenomenal thanks to a powerful brush-less motor and larger battery. It tracks through smooth water like it was on rails and was built to easily flip right side up if you can even get it to tip over. I've tried and tried and the design of this boat is incredibly sturdy.
