Minecraft 1.21.5 introduces 3 new pig variants, three new chicken variants and three new cow variants, which spawn in different biomes. Normally to obtain them, you would have to travel through your world. Luckily, if you want to use commands, you can use the summon command to summon the different variants in both minecraft java edition! The new variants are the cold mobs and the warm mobs. Here I show the minecraft cold and warm variants command and how to summon all cold and warm mobs in minecraft java!

The minecraft spring drop will be the first game drop of 2025. Today there will not be a minecraft snapshot 25w07a, but we did get an article detailing all the new features that will be added to the next snapshot for minecraft! Sheep will now spawn depending on the biome, so brown sheep in deserts, black sheep in cold biomes and white sheep in green biomes. Cartographers will be able to sell new maps to find structures and biomes in game! The wandering trader will sell a lot more and for a lower price. The firefly bush will emit ambient sounds.

Sheep spawning changes:
Temperate Biomes: (unchanged)
Common sheep color is white
Uncommon sheep colors are black, gray, light gray and brown
There is a rare chance for a pink Sheep to spawn

Cold biomes:
Common Sheep color is black
Uncommon Sheep colors are light gray, light blue, blue and cyan
There is a rare chance for a pink Sheep to spawn

Warm Biomes:
Common Sheep color is brown
Uncommon Sheep colors are gray, yellow, orange and red
There is a rare chance for a pink Sheep to spawn
