We stayed at an amazing hotel in Scotland, not too far from Edinburgh. The hotel is called Schloss Roxburghe. Schloss is German for castle, and this place really looks like a castle! The grounds and gardens were amazing. The staff was incredible. And the breakfast buffet is one of the best we've had. The spa and gym were also top notch.

We love the Scottish Borders and were so pleased to stay here. It probably is our favorite hotel ever! Check out the hotel and the fascinating historic town of Jebburgh nearby. It has a lovely abbey ruin and a museum about Mary Queen of Scots.
