Oblivion Video Replacement
updated
I can't use the Dragonrend Shout either =(
Hopefully the'll fix this with an update.
Average frame rate 30-60 fps.
Recorded with Fraps at 1920x1080 at 29.970 fps.
Hope you like my video.
The sound comes from the low resolution version of the trailer since the high resolution version was in mono sound.
I thought it would be nice to see this trailer now when it's so close to the launch of Rage.
Hope you like this HD quality picture and sound video of the Doom 3 E3 Trailer 2003 in.
My friend ibloxProductionz helped me with this new intro. The background video is from one of my earlier videos, he helped me with the font effect, special effect and sound effect so credits goes to him for helping me making this great intro.

Here is links to mods that make Doom 3 look totally amazing.
Sikkmod http://www.doom3world.org/phpbb2/viewtopic.php?f=39&t=24172
Wulfen High Resolution Texture Pack http://www.doom3world.org/phpbb2/viewtopic.php?t=24708
Monoxead High Resolution Textures http://www.doom3world.org/phpbb2/viewtopic.php?t=23332
Sikkmod and the two high resolution textures packs truly makes Doom 3 look amazing. I also upscaled all the textures two times their resolution including gui and decals for personal use in Doom 3 and RoE except the once in the High Resolution packs. I recorded this video with Fraps at 1920x1080 at 29.970 fps. I hope you like my video.
I also use Morphological Anti-Aliasing instead of normal Anti-Aliasing, MLAA is set to 8x EQ(Extreme Quality).
I also integrated the radar mod and the particle tutorial mod into Sikkmod, both Doom 3 and RoE.
The reflections on the weapons is something I added, the code is a bit different different then the reflections that is included in the Particle Tutorial. The reflections I use is also reacting to the color of the lights in the game, that way the reflections don't stay white all the time no matter what color there is on the light.
I found this code in the single player map "Omega Research Facility" so credit's goes to Ice Weasel who made this possible.
Here is the link to the single player map Omega Research Facility http://doom3.filefront.com/file/Omega_Research_Facility;80168

I also used height and bump maps from Rygel's Extreme Quality Mod, I upscaled those too http://doom3.filefront.com/file/Extreme_Quality_Mod;60625
I upscalled all the textures to twice their resolution inculding GUI and HUD textures and I used Rygels bump maps, I also upscaled these too.
I also added the reflections to the weapons.
Video is recorded with Fraps at 30 fps at 1920x1080.
I replaced the Imp creature sounds with the Alien sounds from Aliens vs Predator 2010.
The font is from 6th Venom HQ Mainmenu. http://www.doom3world.org/phpbb2/viewtopic.php?t=21286
I added the music to the video.
The reflective surface on the weapons is added by me.

Settings in the game is Extreme and v-sync is off.
For those who are interested, this is on Phenom II X4 955 BE @ 3.6Ghz and XFX HD 5870 @ 900/5200 Mhz and soundcard is Creative SoundBlaster X-Fi Titanium
More videos from Crysis 2 soon =)
Hope you like my video.
I changed the HDR settings and i hope you like it better compared to my ealrier DOOM 3 video.
All the textures except for the scientists coats and some of the textures are upscaled by me including the bump maps, specular maps and diffuse maps.
In some areas in the video you will notice high quality drop in some textures, this is for both the texture map and the normal map like the Sky Tram. The texture quality varies very much from texture to texture, some are really poor quality compared to others.
Video recorded with Fraps 3.2.7(new version out 3.2.9) at 1920x108@29.970 fps.
Here you can download Sikkpin's Sikkmod http://www.doom3world.org/phpbb2/viewtopic.php?f=39&t=24172&st=0&sk=t&sd=a
Here you can download Monoxead's High Resolution Textures http://www.doom3world.org/phpbb2/viewtopic.php?t=23332
I used the tool Normal to Depth Map, it converts the normal maps depth information to be include in a alpha channel in the specular maps, hence the parallax or relief maping, I'm not sure if this is the correct way of interpreting how it works
Anyways I hope you like my video.
I upscalled almost all the textures and model textures in both DOOM 3 and Resurrection of Evil up to 4 times their resolution with a maximum of 2048x2048 pixels, that does not include the gui textures, makes the game crash.
I'm using a texture mod made by Monoxead you can find it here http://doom3-hr.com/Main_Eng.html
For the fonts in the game I use the fonts from 6th venom HQ menu made by 6th Venom, you can find it here http://www.doom3world.org/phpbb2/viewtopic.php?f=39&t=21286&st=0&sk=t&sd=a&sid=985324eaf9d9b69e529e9be463e727cb
Video is recorded with Fraps at 1920x1080 at 29.970 fps.
The font for the title in my video that says "TRUE EVIL NEVER DIES" is YouMurdererBB, you can find it here http://www.acidfonts.com/typeface/you_murderer.htm
Credit goes to Sikkpin for making Sikkmod, thank you Sikkpin.
You can find Sikkmod here http://www.doom3world.org/phpbb2/viewtopic.php?f=39&t=24172
I added the music to the video, it's not part of the mod or the game.
Best viewed in 1080p full screen.
Hope you like my video.

I have the Oblivion Graphics Extender v2 installed plus a lot of other mods see my list of mods further down. I also have Qarl's texture pack installed. In OBGE v2 I've activated Godrays, Bokeh DoF(Depth Of Field), ColorEffects, ENBColorEffect, NormalFilterAA(Anti-Aliasing), Ring_SSAO and Volumetric_SSAO(SSAO=Screen Space Ambient Occlusion). I don't have SSII(Screen Space Indirect Illumination) activated, it makes SSAO flicker to much in some situations in the game.
The extra shaders and latest version of OBGE v2 can be found here http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=30054
Video recorded with Fraps at 1920x1080 at 29.970 fps. I'm sorry about the lag in the video I need a better graphics card, seems Oblivion has overpowered my HD 5870.
Music is from a game that never got released called "EON The Face of Deception" It was a Swedish RPG game. The creator of the game worked with Calle Hansson who created the music. They released the music for free. The music is very beautiful and fits The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion very well. You can download the music from here http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=12336
The song in my video is called Sweet Helene.
The song in the beginning of the video is from World Of Warcraft and it's called A Call to Arms.

I have Soft Shadows and SSAO turned off because it makes the game lag too much, perhaps when i get a better graphics card I can turn it on and make a video of it to show you all what it looks like.
I also converted all DOOM 3 textures up to maximum High resolution 2048x2048 pixels resolution. Hope you like my video.
I'm also using Monoxeads High Resolution Textures for DOOM 3 that changes some of the textures in the game including the textures in Mars City. You can find his High Resolution Textures here http://doom3-hr.com/Main_Eng.html
Settings in Doom 3 is Ultra High and 8x Anti-Aliasing. Video is recorded with Fraps @ 1920x1080 @ 29.970 fps
I also have some texture mods installed, I also scaled up all the textures to 3 times their resolution with Photoshop except for those that came with the mods.
Here is the link to one of the high resolution texture packs. It's made by Monoxeads. http://doom3-hr.com/Main_Eng.html

I liked this mod very much but since i got a new monitor 23" 1920x1080 this video replacement mod looks kind of pixelated since it's in 1280x720.
I got a request to make a video of this mod in full hd but it wouldn't make this great mod justice just being upscaled from 1280x720 to 1920x1080 so I decided to recreate this video replacement mod from scratch in full HD 1920x1080.
Hope you like it.
All credits goes to the original author Averam for making the original mod. http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=13972

Bla bla bla I would rate this game 7 out of 10 because of my first time experience. I won't play it again though. This game looks like cross between Bioshock and Timeshift.
I got me self a new motherboard Gigabyte GA-890GPA-UD3H so I finally could switch to DDR3.

This game is okay but it lacks a lot in the gameplay that makes it boring quickly. One thing I miss is Coop in campaign, it would be awesome and make the game more interesting and make the gameplay more diverse.

The Cinematic Mod 10 gives Half-Life 2 series high resolution textures to nearly all characters and objects in the game. The characters also now have new high polygon models. The mod also contains gameplay changes and tweaks. The music in the game has also been replaced with cinema themed music.
Half-Life 2 Cinematic Mod requires a fast pc with at least 4GB ram and a high end graphics card. The mod only works on 64bit Windows.
There is a LE version (Light Edition) that works on 32bit Windows but it does not include the HD characters, new soundtracks and gameplay changes or tweaks. However the LE version(Light Edition) is untested and unsuported.

This first video is recorded in 1920x1080 with Fraps. For some reason half-life 2 Cinematic does not like to be recorded in that resolution because the game begins to stutter every now and then so the rest of the videos will be recorded in 1280x720. All settings in the game are all maxed out to give the best image quality.
I've used some other textures that I downloaded and some I modified like on the Combine Police, I also downloaded new weapons that replaces some of the weapons in the game.
