Customer bought a BRAND NEW mower from another dealer and also the EXTENDED WARRANTY only to have issues. They took it back to that dealer 5 TIMES until the dealer give up on it and still didn't fix it right. Funny thing is the issue wasn't even that hard to figure out. That's when the master (me) had to step in and straighten this out, but of course this customer didn't buy it from me (I'm not a dealer for these brands anyway) so they had to pay.
