I came into Klamath Falls Oregon on March 30, 2015. I was testing to determine how the KFPD will respond and act toward a person bearing arms. The officer of KFPD had a pleasant demeanor and conducted himself professional. The majority of people that I have observed, seemed to be calmed and curious of my activity. No person seen me as a threat and continue to conduct their business as normal. Though, there was one individual that seem to notice me and decided to reroute into a store.
