Hoverslide across cap works here if you do it from this pedestal. In the end just backflip while in hoverslide and you are fine.
One cycle bongo bongo with spin attacks is still possible and you can still chu down pillar just like in N64 oot.
Old block skip doesn't work anymore with jumpslash. Still there might be way for it. Hookshot clip is so close to get grab ladders on other side, but they are little bit too high for it. Old jumpslash method getting top of the spikes still works.
