On Lower Greenville Avenue in Dallas, owners Tanner Agar and Taylor Rause have built something that doesn't really have a comparison anywhere in the state. An avant-garde cocktail lounge where drinks are treated with the same creativity and care that great chefs give their cuisine.
Where the bar team uses centrifuges, liquid nitrogen, sous vide, and pyrolysis to make cocktails that numb your tongue, surprise your expectations, and occasionally arrive with an octopus tentacle.
And I'm not kidding about that last one.
