I think one of the best ways to learn Yau is to watch walkthrough solves. So what I've done is I've mashed both into one video to make it more comprehensive. The beginning is just as important as the actual tutorial. Many people question why Yau is better than regular reduction. It's not. It depends on the person and I can't stress that enough. If you're terrible at finding crosses and furthermore terrible at transitioning from cross to f2l, Yau might be perfect for you.Among all the cubers, they have equal potential. That is, one person can be as good at Yau as another can be at reduction. But INDIVIDUALLY speaking, you might be better off with one rather than the other.
