One can't eat silver or gold. You can't eat clothes or bullets either, can you? So, should you not buy clothes or bullets for when the poo-poo-hits the blades? PMs are an investment that maintains their purchasing power. I wonder how many Venezuelans wish they had silver and/or gold right about now? Hmmmmm?
