I am asking for an independent investigation into:
The destruction, loss, or withholding of SEIU 503 financial records;
The adequacy of any forensic reconstruction after the reported ransomware event;
Compliance with hashtag#DOL & hashtag#OLMS recordkeeping and fiduciary obligations;
The role of executive leadership, finance leadership, operations leadership, and IT leadership in preserving or withholding records;
The full map of related parties connected to real estate, nonprofit labor-sector entities, government actors, and media-adjacent relationships;
The structure and consolidation of hashtag#SEIU503 accounts and real-estate-related assets;
Whether officers, employees, or outside parties benefited from opacity in the financial structure;
Whether the State of hashtag#Oregon mishandled whistleblower evidence submitted through an employment process;
Whether state managers retaliated against me or attempted to suppress evidence after realizing the significance of the whistleblower materials; and
Whether the matter should be referred to appropriate labor, financial-crimes, ethics, or law-enforcement authorities.
