Parkour is a part of the natural selection and evolution. We had to move,hunt, hide, search, transport, and to survive. Besides this we also move to have fun, explore and develop ourselves mentally and physically. Saltus is divided into 6 chapters, each one of them represent one era/generation of movement. The story could have been told in dozens of other different ways by using different chapters. And there’s no ending point. Dutch Championship - NK Freerunning 2018 *official* JUMP Freerun 2018-06-15 | On May 20 and 21th of 2018 JUMP freerun organised the official Dutch Freerunning Championships "style" this year in the beautiful city of The Hague. The competition was once again part of the Pro Freestyle event and took place outside the Den Haag Beachstadium.This national competition was only open to Dutch participants. We started the qualifiers with about 75 contestants. Each athlete was given 30 seconds to perform a run and was judged by a team of international and experienced judges being; Kie Willis, Lynn Jung and Stanislavs Lazdans. The judges scored all athletes and rewarded them points for the category's; Execution, Difficulty, Creativity and Flow. After the first official qualifying round 30 athletes made it to the main-event and semi-finals. The 2016 and 2017 Dutch Champion Thyrone Paas and 2017 number three Luciano Balestra were automatically placed. Bart van der Linden was also automatically placed for being the 2017 runner up but unfortunately he was unable to compete due to an injury.During the finals our Dutch top 10 athletes performed a final run. With all the pressure build up to this final moment some came up a little too short while others proved to be consistent in their performance. Dutch Championship Freerunning 2016 - SPEED - *official* JUMP Freerun 2016-07-05 | On June and 25 of 2016 JUMP freerun organised and hosted the first official Dutch Freerunning Championships "speed" in the city of Rotterdam. This national competition was part of the larger FG event hosted by the Royal Dutch Gymnastic Union KNGU. This national competition was only open to Dutch participants. Before the first qualification round over 50 athletes signed up to compete on this special event set-up. After a few sessions of confrontational training moments some athletes realised that competing in front of hundreds of spectators and dealing with both the internal as external pressure, was not for them. We started the qualifiers with about 45 contestants. Each athlete was given 30 seconds to perform a run and was judged by a team of international and experienced judges being; Marcus Gustafson, Kie Willis and Nico Wlcek. The judges scored all athletes and rewarded them points for the category's; Execution, Difficulty, Creativity and Flow. After the first official qualifying round 20 athletes made it to the main-event and semi-finals.During the finals our Dutch top 6 athletes performed a final run. With all the pressure build up to this final moment some came up a little too short while others proved to be consistent in their performance. JUMP trainer/coach Opleidingen Freerunning JUMP Freerun 2014-04-22 | Deze video biedt een inkijk in een weekend bijeenkomst van de niv. 3 opleiding.Tijdens de weekenden wisselen praktijk en theorie elkaar in hoog tempo af. De doelstellingen zijn er vooral op gericht om de (adspirant) freeruntrainers inzicht te verschaffen op het gebied van didactiek, vaardigheid en coaching. Ook het daadwerkelijk verzorgen van trainingen en het evalueren hiervan zal onder leiding van vakbekwame docenten worden toegepast. De opleiding tot gecertificeerd JUMP™ LEVEL 3 coach bestaat uit een 4-daagse cursus ter aanvulling op de LEVEL 2 opleiding.
