My EXPERIENCE With Urban Decay's NEWEST Glaze-On Liquid Eyeshadows - All 6 Shades
This video was a little rushed, my apologies - baby coming, my brother's surgery. The shadows are a beautiful liquid shimmer. The glitter tends to stay put all day! It only spreads when you are taking it off. A good double cleanse can solve that! I was just trying not to make my eyes too tender or take off all of my foundation during the video! I'd recommend to keep patting it until it sets or use a base on your lids like the double wear concealer and it does not move!

The Basics of Light Therapy:

The use of light therapy to treat skin conditions is not a new concept. Dermatologists have long used light therapy to treat a variety of skin conditions such as psoriasis, skin cancer and vitiligo.
The basic principle of phototherapy involves the action of different wavelengths of light on the skin. Ultraviolet (UV) radiation is harmful to the skin, while visible and infrared light affect the skin at different levels. Of the visible light, blue light and red light have different effects on the skin. While blue light mainly works on the top layer of the skin, red light penetrates deeper and affects collagen production, thus providing an anti-aging effect.
Blue light and anti-acne:
Blue light has a shorter wavelength and acts mainly on the superficial layers of the skin. It is helpful for acne because blue light can penetrate into the sebaceous glands and kill acne bacteria. In addition, blue light reduces oil production and inflammation. Studies have shown that blue light therapy is effective in reducing the number of lesions in inflammatory acne. Nonetheless, blue light does not apply to non-inflammatory acne and it has limited effectiveness on this type of acne
Pigmentation and Safety
It is important to note that blue light may stimulate melanocytes in the skin, increasing the risk of hyperpigmentation. Therefore, special care should be taken when using blue light for those with hyperpigmentation issues.
