On Earth Day, Oaktree’s Our Communities Matter program partnered with New York Cares, NYC’s largest volunteer organization, to host an environmental volunteer activity at Walter Gladwin Park in the Bronx. Oaktree's NY employees assisted with planting and mulching, ultimately leading to the stewardship of 73 trees and planting of 240 new trees. Through this park revitalization, air pollution is reduced, air quality is enhanced, temperatures are lowered, and community health and well-being is fostered.
