ESCAPE TO PORTUGAL: Our Life Building a Self Sustainable Homestead The Indie Projects 2023-08-06 | Hard work every day on the homestead, caring for animals is a daily task that cannot be ignored! Making the most of the 'cooler' day Bee cleans out the chicken and goat enclosures, ensuring they have enough water to get them through the hottest part of the day. Using natural cleaners like vinegar is a great way to reduce the use of harsh chemicals and also ensure the health of the animals is kept high. It's also time to start on the vegetable garden which has been on our to-do list for many months.
