Inbound Imminent Light gets played if you start ONI: Sword Base from Rally Point Bravo.
Growl supposedly gets played at some point during ONI: Sword Bade, Nightfall, Tip of the Spear and Exodus, but for the life of me I can’t find where exactly it is so I put it here.
The Spire plays if you start Tip of the Spear from Rally Point Bravo.
I Should Have Become a Watchmaker plays if you start Exodus from Rally Point Bravo.
According to the Halo Wiki, the elevator tracks (except for Siege of Madrigal) are old commercial jingles that Marty wrote.
The Club Errera songs get played inside the club in New Alexandria when you successfully perform the necessary tasks to activate the Easter Egg.
From the Vault and Siege of Madrigal get played randomly in the tribute room in The Package.
Exit gets played when you exit a game for any reason and your credit score gets updated.
The Invasion Suites work as follows: one of the first two tracks gets played when you complete phase 1, one of the second two tracks gets played when you complete phase 2, and one of the last two tracks gets played when you win the game.

Out of all the Halo tracks I've made so far, this is the one I'm most proud of.
Halo Finale keeps looping until you reach the jump leading into the hangar of the Forward Unto Dawn, at which point the ending and the orchestral epilogue (29:53) play for the closing cinematic.
